Talent & Influencer Scout
Postive Grid
Positive Grid needed more than a band for their Spark Live commercial. They needed the right band. Someone edgy, emerging, and authentic enough to resonate with real musicians - not just who look good on camera.
What I Did
Positive Grid knew what they wanted for their Spark Live commercial. The second they described the vibe, I didn't have to think twice. I knew exactly who to call.
rosecoloredworld are just effortlessly cool. A band I know personally, whose aesthetic, genre, and vibe lined up perfectly with everything Positive Grid was describing. Not because I ran a search but, because I actually knew them. That's the difference between scouting from a list and scouting from a community.
They nailed it. And when it came time to create the commercial's original song, they handled that too — making the whole project feel completely cohesive from concept to screen.
Beyond the Spark Live campaign, I've continued to source influencers for Positive Grid, matching creators to their audience the same way — through genuine knowledge of who's out there and who actually fits.
The Result
Sometimes the best casting decision isn't a search. It's a phone call to the right person. The commercial felt authentic because the talent was authentic. That's what happens when you're actually part of the community you're marketing to.
